LOANS: Works will be made available for loans to individuals, companies and institutions.

STORAGE: The EC has developed fine art storage for key clients and partners centred around EC's storage facility in Sydney. EC storage feeds directly into its activities and projects as well as being an integral part of its acquisitions and other consultative projects. The storage facility, for instance, is a key part of EC estate and collection management activities.

EC also specialises in data storage. Data storage is a growth part of the art storage sector, with an increasing number of artists working within the digital realm from simple use of single channel dvd through to complex installation-based works.

EC can store works for private clients, in collaboration with other institutions and with artists. This area is in a constant state of change and development due to the pace at which art forms are moving from platform to platform.

EC has also developed systems of delivery of its own media artwork for exhibition and is able to consult with clients for install and exhibition purposes.

FREIGHT: EC has extensive working knowledge of and contacts with freight and art handling services within NSW and Australia. It works extensively with Sydney-based firm Art Services NSW which also provides specific services such as installation and crating.

ARTIST ESTATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES The EC offers a discreet estate and collection management service focusing on two areas; working with artists and with collectors both private and corporate to develop and maintain collections and collection management systems.

Artist estate management could include assisting artists with storage on-site and externally; establishing access to works through professional cataloguing and digitisation of collections; assisting artists in making connections with professional art handlers, conservators etc; linking clients with professional and legal service to assist in the development of wills, getting tax advice or establishing foundations; assistance in distribution and dispersal of collections through the Cultural Gifts Program.

COLLECTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES EC offers collection management services for private and corporate collections including assisting in developing collections by providing acquisition and commissioning advice; developing cataloguing and collection management tools and systems; providing valuations; and providing storage and installation services.
